You can read Dr. Coca’s book, The Pulse Test that gives proofs and testimonies concerning the cause of many diseases being the results of allergies, mostly food. Many of the diseases that are predominating in society have been reversed and the body has returned to health when an allergen was removed from the diet. With a little self discipline you can reclaim health. Following are simple instruction to help you reclaim responsibility for your health. You can also contact me if you need any clarification of the process.
The body gives us a signal when a food is allergic. It raises our pulse. We do have to establish a low and estimated high pulse to have a number to work from. Low pulse is usually your pulse after you awake, but before you get out of bed. It should be consistent, within one or two beats each day. Add twelve to get your estimated high pulse, which is the number you will be using. It is important that you take the pulse for one full minute, no short cuts. If your low pulse varies there may be an allergen affecting you from the prior night or one from your bedding. Your low count should be below 74. If it is above that you may find that you are consistently in an allergic state. This is generally a sign of dust mites, for which a person trained in allergy elimination will have to seen.
Anytime you go six over your estimated high during regular activity you can assume you are in allergic reaction. For seven days take your pulse before you eat, and then 30, 60, and 90 minutes after. If you get an increase over six beats after any food intake you will know that you’re reacting to something you just ate. Keep track of what you are eating. Pulse increases give you a list of food list to work from. Now check the foods separately to identify the allergens. It’s your choice to either eliminate the food from your diet or see us for allergy elimination. Once your allergens are removed your health should start improving. Diseases may even completely clear. We have a downloadable monitoring sheet that you are welcome to use. Please use this information to take the driver’s seat in personal health care.
